Bedouin Dust is a project that came to fruition during the "Arab Spring" of 2011. Inspired by the revolutionary fervor half a world away, Bedouin dust is a reaction against the modern values and mores of our disposable culture. Based in improvisation and informed by free jazz and experimental music, Bedouin Dust is a musical collective grounded in a similar vision of music and art being the foundation of a healthy society.
